I’m Jessica – a wife, dog-mom and resident of Austin, Texas. I live a very healthy and balanced lifestyle.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroid disease about 10 years ago. Several years later I found out that I also have an aggressive state of endometriosis and I started having fibromyalgia flare-ups.

After many doctor visits and several years of chronic pain and fatigue, I decided to take matters into my own hands and learn about how I could better manage my health problems. I started doing a lot of research and really listening to my body. I began to overhaul my eating habits and lifestyle, and added essential oils to my daily life and I’m feeling so much better than I was several years ago. I actually feel normal most of the time!

Essential oils are naturally occurring, aromatic compounds which are found in seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants.

Essential oils give plants their distinctive smells, protect plants and play a role in plant pollination. Essential oils are beautifully fragrant and have been long been used in food, beauty treatments, and health-care practices.

Essential oils can be used for personal beauty/skincare, natural medicine and emotional support, among so many other uses. They can be used aromatically, topically and even internally (certain oils can be ingested if they are therapeutic grade). 

Essential oils have been used throughout history for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits and have positively changed my life.
